Though Covid-19 changed our lives in many ways, our dedication and commitment to you remain the same.  Commodore is fully prepared to help meet your unique healthcare needs and the challenges Covid 19 may present.  We effectively allocate our resources to satisfy the evolving challenges of this outbreak.  Two Teams are designated for our clients. Team A  focuses on caring for our patients who are Covid positive while Team B focuses on caring for our patients who are Covid negative. We adhere to current CDC and NIH guidelines regarding vaccinations, wear personal protective equipment at appropriate times, and promote social distancing for our nurses and clients when appropriate.
